Michael is a seasoned professional in the areas of project management, coaching and management consulting. His career developed around the forces that shape efficient and sustainable businesses, ensure profitable growth and further people development. Driven by the curiosity of finding new ways of doing things as well as leveraging the skills of a team, he has shown creativity and effectiveness in implementing change projects and new business concepts. Apart from his consulting activities, he has gained extensive experience in management positions and by leading strategic, international initiatives for renowned companies in the FMCG, medical and financial services industries.

Michael studied at the Universities of Lausanne, Basle and Rome, and holds a Masters in Economics and a Master in Advanced European Studies. He is furthermore a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and team leader (Center for Creative Leadership). Living and working in over 30 countries in Europe, the Americas and Africa has allowed him to become culturally competent as well as to acquire fluency in six languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese).
